We run massive public tabletop roleplaying events. The hardest part of being a grownup D&D fan is how difficult it is to get 5+ people together once a week to roll some dice, trigger some traps, and fight some monsters. We brought D&D back to the people by bringing it to breweries and restaurants.
A game for people who love ttrpgs & want to test their mettle time & time again
Did you ever want to get a game of Monopoly, Scrabble, Risk or Clue going but didn't have enough time or people to play with? Are you interested in modern games, like Catan, Power Grid, and Dominion? Come out and play your favorite board & card games and have fun!
If you like to play spades, talk trash and have fun then this is the group for you! Bring your skills or lack thereof because all skill levels are welcome. We'll bring the decks. Many people who attend play with jokers and some play without. There are no "house rules" so rules are decided by the table you join. Don't be surprised if you hear something new! (We've heard it all, lol.) This group is based in the southside Richmond area, but we have meetups in the surrounding counties as well. Venue recommendations are always appreciated.
As always, Scott's Addition Board Game Society is committed to fostering inclusive communities for gamers to have fun. We believe that games bring people together. We typically offer one or two gaming options per week.
